HOW TO SET UP THE INTEGRATION

Once you activate your CONVOS subscription (using the link provided on the side), you can log in using the same credentials you use for MailUp. 

Within Convos, there is a dedicated area for managing plugins. After following Convos’ instructions, you’ll be able to sync the desired lists from MailUp. These contacts can then be used for one-to-one conversations or bulk and automated communications. 

ONBOARDING 

The onboarding process consists of several phases: 

  1. Registration/setup of the Convos platform 
  1. Activation of the phone number 
  1. General training 
  1. Depending on the client’s needs, support is provided to create WhatsApp chatbots based on the materials provided by the client. 

Mandatory requirements for phone line activation: 

  • Phone number: It must not have any version of WhatsApp installed and must be capable of receiving international SMS or calls. 
  • Access to the brand’s Facebook Business Manager: The user must have full administrator access. 
  • Verified Business Manager: If not verified, Convos will guide you through the verification process.
